The Pascal & Ludwig team has extensive
experience in the design and construction of water
treatment and handling facilities. We understand the
importance of these types of projects to all agencies
and we are committed to meeting or exceeding
schedule expectations. Our team tailors our designs
to minimize down time to existing facilities.

Dedicated & Qualified

Based in Southern California for the past 55 years, we are
very familiar with the often-unique needs of our local clients
and their projects, site conditions, government
requirements, and regulatory mandates. Our project sizes
range from hundreds of thousands of dollars to over $20
million. Pascal & Ludwig self-performs the majority of work
on most projects, typically completing all civil, mechanical
and concrete work. We own an extensive inventory of
heavy construction equipment and retain a workforce of
dedicated and qualified construction trade/craftsmen.

and sole contracting entity, brings to the
project and outstanding track record of
executing design-build assignments of a wide
range of size, scope and complexity. The
company has worked under all forms of
contract arrangements and provides value
engineering to all our projects.
